By accessing and using taleto.me ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and anyone who accesses our audio storybooks.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. taleto.me is a parent-controlled service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

One-Time Purchases: taleto.me offers time-based access through one-time purchases. Available durations: 1 Month (€6), 3 Months (€16), 6 Months (€28), 12 Months (€48).

Access Period: Your access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires at the end of your chosen duration. We will send reminders 7 days before expiration.

No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Personal Use Only: Your access is for personal, non-commercial family use only. You may not download, distribute, sell, or publicly perform our content.

Streaming Only: All stories are provided via online streaming. Offline downloads are not available at this time.

Intellectual Property: All content, including stories, audio narrations, and illustrations, is protected by copyright and remains the property of taleto.me or our licensors.

No Child Accounts: In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information.

Parent Responsibility: Parents and guardians control all account activity. We collect information only from adults (name, email, payment details).

No Child Data: We do not track or collect data about individual children's listening habits, preferences, or personal information. Reading progress and bookmarks are stored under the parent's account.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for unused access time.

By taleto.me: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorized content sharing, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.

Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Content Changes: We may add, remove, or modify stories in our library at any time without notice.

Terms Updates: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALETO.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access during the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with [Arbitration Rules], except where prohibited by law.
